Kamal industries, reputed manufacturer of various processing and packaging machines for several industries such as pharmaceuticals, foods, chemicals and cosmetics offers plate & frame filter press. The unit is fabricated from 304/316/316l quality stainless steel. The press is equipped with many plates and frames, placed on a strong stainless steel stand having drip tray at the bottom. The frames and plates are 25mm thick. The unit is supplied with mechanical closing devices. The unit is also equipped with transfer pump, 1 1/2" gear, and centrifugal type 3 hp motor. Apart from that the machines comes with following features:
The filter plates are placed between two frames so that alternate sets are connected to through the sockets, which form a channel for inlet and outlet.
The plates & frames are tightened with a tightening screw to which moving end plates are attached.
