Description: Structure is fabricated of rigid square pipes of s.S/3o`4 / claded & polished to matt surface finish. All m.S. Parts fabricated to smooth surface & painted.Ss 304 /316 contact parts with all joints fusion free argon arc welded, all internal surfaces ground and polished to mirror finish. Due to induced draft created by specially designed heavy-duty blower, atmospheric air is drawn through the 5-micron air filter. The filtered air is then heated to required temperature by electric heaters / steam radiator. Hot air passes through the product container and through the product which as a result gets dried by air fluidization. Damper controls air circulation. The filter bag holds fine particles from carrying over to exhaust.

Selection of capacity of fluid bed dryer depends upon bulk density, drying temperature and moisture contents of wet material to be dried.
