Description: Double cone blender is an efficient for mixing dry powder and blending/lubricating of granules homogeneously. Two-thirds of the volume of the cone blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. Structure: structure is fabricated of rigid square pipes of s.S. 304 1 claded & polished to matt surface finish. All m.S. Parts fabricated to smooth surface & painted. Ss 304/316 contact parts with all joints fusion free argon arc welded. Baffles are provided on central shaft to enhance mixing. All internal surfaces ground and polished to mirror finish.Double cone discharge height varies as per the capacities of different models.Suitable opening for charging is provided with ss-cover & lock nuts.Discharge port fitted with mucon 1 butterfly valve, which helps to unload powder faster.Pipe guards provided with limit switch & interlocked to main drive ensures safe operation at higher capacity. In gmp model, structure is covered with ss 304.

Main drive mechanism: Main drive mechanism through 1440-rpm tefc motor coupled to worm reduction gearbox and chain drive mechanism to rotate the blender.

Controlpanel: Panel board is fabricated of ss 304. It is mounted on the machine stand for easy accessibility. Panel consists of switchgear fuses, relays, motor starter, indicating lamp, push buttons, digital timer& variable speed drive.
