• Add to Inquiry Basket | Ppl pumps manufactures chemical process pumps with fully open impellers. These pumps come with back pump-out vanes for minimizing sealing chamber pressure. The chemical process pumps are available with technical features like impellers screwed on shafts with rotation to tighten with large thread and provide high strength drive; eliminating shaft end corrosion and reduce npshr for more options on system layout. The pumps are available with heavy-duty casing with integral foot for superior resistance to pipe loads and class 300-wall thickness as standard for longer life under corrosive/ erosive duty. Some of the technical features like positive driven hook type renewable shaft sleeve with one end free to expand with temperature variation; large cooling jacket to reduce baring temperature on high temperature application; heavy-duty shaft design for less than 0.05 mm maximum deflection at seal face ensuring long seal and bearing life. These pumps impart a continuous high performance by simple external rotor adjustment, which result in long-term energy savings and optimizes reliability and performance while handling solids. The company supplies split quench gland for easy removal and standard quench tape and packing. Back pullout design of these pumps permits quick inspection or repairs of rotating elements without disturbing the piping. |
