• Add to Inquiry Basket | Ppi pumps provides chemical process pumps. These chemical process pumps are fully open impellers that feature best design for cpi services. Back pump-out vanes minimize sealing chamber pressure and law npsh requirement. Heavy-duty casing with integral foot provides superior resistance to pipe loads. The impellers are screwed on shafts with rotation to tighten by a large thread and provide high strength drive, eliminating shaft end corrosion and reduce npshr to give more options on the system layout. All pumps have class 300 wall thickness as standard for longer life under corrosive/erosive duty condition. Renewable shaft sleeve is positive driven hook type with one end free to expand with temperature variation. Large cooling jacket helps reducing bearing temperature on high temperature application. Heavy-duty shaft design for maximum deflection less than 0.05 mm at seal face ensures long seal and bearing life. Continuous high performance by simple external rotor adjustment results in long-term energy savings and optimizes reliability and performance when handling solids. Quench gland is split for easy removal. Quench tape and packing is standard. Back pullout design permits quick inspection or repairs of rotating elements without disturbing piping. |
