| Acmefil engineering systems is a supplier of evaporators. It is used to remove liquid from solutions suspensions or emulsions through thermal process. The starting and the end products are in liquid phase and the end product is obtained in its concentrated form. Depending on the substrate liquid`s characteristics like temperature sensitivity, thermal degradation properties, etc., different types of evaporators have been designed and they are used for a variety of applications in different industries. Technical features of the evaporators: single stage systems are energy intensive and hence multistage systems are employed, where the vapour energy of one stage is used as the heating media for the next stage. Further increase in efficiency is obtained by using thermal vapour recompression system or mechanical vapour recompression system.
