• Add to Inquiry Basket | Diamant metallplastic gmbh, germany, has developed a modern proven metal impregnation, diamant dichtol. This is a single component liquid material, which follows the physical property of capillarity resulting from surface tension and pressure difference of liquids in small areas. This is the way nature transports liquids to fruits in trees to extreme high raising plants. With the development of this material, vacuum impregnation equipment is not required which is a big saving in terms of transport, power, size of component along with no disposal problem. Application is by spraying, brushing or dipping. Salient features: cured material; pressure-tight up to 400 bar; temperature resistance - 500ºc along with chemical and corrosion resistance; can be used in place without special knowledge or experience; ideal for any metal alloy, colourless liquid, ready for use material; rational and fast technique; and ideal for series impregnations as well as for large size or single components. |
