Star Diamond Tools offers different types of shaping tools, cluster, hexagonal disc, blade dresser, indentors, grooving tools etc. Single Point Diamond Dresser is made from Congo Rounds mounted in a matrix. A Single cutting edge is available to the grinding wheel. The dresser is clamped rigidly in place to avoid vibration once dressing begins. The diamond holder should not be set directly on the centre of the grinding wheel, but at an angle of 5 degree -15 degree to the direction of rotation of the wheel so that it appears to be trailing.
