• Add to Inquiry Basket | Duex industrial systems offers two types of recovery ventilator Energy & heat recovery ventilator. The company is iso 9000: 2000 certified.
Energy recovery ventilator [erv] Ensures100% fresh air can be supplied to room with heat transfer of cold exhaust air by core back to room with better than 80% efficiency. At the core of an erv is the heat transfer module. Both the exhaust and outdoor air streams pass through the module and the heat from the exhaust air is used to pre-heat the outdoor air stream. Only the heat is transferred; the two air streams remain physically separate. Typically, an erv is able to recover up o 85 percent of the heat from the exhaust air and transfer it to the incoming air. This reduces the energy needed to heat outdoor air to a comfortable temperature. An installed energy recovery ventilator "erv" sometimes called an "air-to-air heat exchanger".
Heat recovery ventilator [hrv] Is static in nature compared to conventional rotating wheel. Hrv is based on heat transfer principle, wherein exhaust and fresh air are passed opposite in direction in alternate isolated paths. This core is imported from australia. Heat transfer efficiency is better than 80%.

Efficiency better than 80% [in wheel it is 50% and reduces drastically over 8-10 months] stale outlet exhaust and fresh inlet supply air are 100% isolated [in wheel it is 60-80%]
