Following are some technical features of coolant attatchments which include: in vibrations, the flow of coolant is maintained to the tool point at 10 lpm. Thus, the cutting tools are cooled properly resulting in saving in wear and tear of tools and faster and higher production of 5/8 per cent. The attachments are very sturdy and once the user sets the position, they do not drift, hence continuous flow of oil to the cutting tool point is ensured. The attachments practically need no maintenance. Several models are available.
Some of the general features of these attachments which include: are fully adjustable to 360-degrees and are very suitable for lathe and many types of machine tools, . These are complete with gas cock mounted on the first arm and fitted with pvc pipe, complete with universal outler nozzle 100 mm long x 10 mm bore horizontal extension 24½".
