The Non Destructive Chemical helps for detection of microscopic cracks on metals that cannot be visibly located by naked eyes. It is equally effective on parent and weld metals.
The Non Destructive Chemical is an excellent source of non-destructive examination. It also detects cracks as low as 30 microns and 2 x 50 microns on a Japanese Ni-Cr test panels. It is approved by RDSO & BHEL. The Non Destructive Chemical is mainly used for detection of surface flaws on dies, moulds, tools, jigs, pressure vessels subjected to pressure and thermal cycles. It is also used for forgings, castings, high temperature and low temperature equipment. The features of the Non Destructive Chemical are as follows:
