| Upasani industrial cooling systems offers a technologically advanced packaged chiller for anodizing plant and other variants to cool down liquids to the desired temperature. This compact system occupies very little floor space, and is ready to be connected to the cooling tower and the process tank, whereby a lot of time can be saved on erection of the plant. The chiller comes installed with either hermetic or semi hermetic compressor with a high eer and imported plate type heat exchanger with a very high heat transfer efficiency along with the chilled water pump, cooling tower water pump [if the unit is water cooled type], chemical pump and gasketed phe. This compact system occupies very little floor space, and is ready to be connected to the cooling tower and the process tank, whereby a lot of time can be saved on erection of the plant. It is designed according to the needs of the customer in varying capacities. The biggest advantages in this system are, elimination of chilled water storage tank, cumbersome water pipes in the process tank, thereby resulting in increase of production space and enormous saving of electrical energy. The unit is easy to operate and has sophisticated electrical and refrigeration controls to safeguard the compressor. The temperature is monitored by a digital controller, which shuts off the compressor when the desired temperature is achieved. The system is protected by fault diagnosing system, which shuts down the cooling operations and prevents it from restarting until the fault is rectified. These units are already in operation, in india and abroad.
