| Concord automation and controls offers an electronic overload relay with in-built single phase preventor and locked rotor protection for lt motors, model eocr ss. This comes with in-built protection against overloading, single phasing, and locked rotor for comprehensive motor protection at affordable cost. The eocr ss has in built current transformers and operates on current sensing principles making them extremely accurate and very reliable devices f motor protection. With 3 basic models - 05 [0.5 a to 5 a], 30 [3 a to 30 a] and 60 [5 a to 60 a] it is possible to cover from 0.1 a - 600 a with the combination of external cts. No external cts are required for use up to 60 a. This results in drastic reduction in inventory costs. Besides, independent settings for starting delay time, current and operating time on overload make this relay the ideal choice for various applications in all spheres of the industry. These relays are independent mounting type and can be used with any make of contactor. The eocr ss also protects against single phasing and locked rotor problems making the equipment more reliable and less likely to cause failures, increasing productivity as well as quality. These relays are specially designed to withstand tough conditions and they operate within a high voltage variation of 85 v - 265 v for 220 version and 180 v - 480 v for 440 v version. They are also unaffected by up to +70°c. Applications include protection of all kinds of 3-phase motors, pumps, blowers, fans, electronic shear pins, etc.
