| Ideal for use by the automotive industry, precihole machine tools pvt ltd, thane has incorporated the three axis cnc mould gun drilling machine with knee type x and y table for precise drilling of multiple holes on one face in a single set-up. Tailor-made for specific applications, the machine has a drilling range of 3mm dia to 20mm dia with a maximum drilling depth of 600mm. The x or horizontal slide is a maximum of 500mm and the y or vertical axis slide is a maximum of 250mm. The tool of the gun drilling machine rotates and feeds, while the part remains stationary. Precihole machine tools have also formed a computer controlled automatic shaft straightening machine. This machine minimises the requirment of highly skilled labour and saves valuable time. This artificial intelligent system first analyses the initial bend in the shaft; applies the required amount of force/deflection for straightening the shaft within the required tolerance band. The system can operate as a stand-alone station or can easily be integrated with any existing production line.
