Cake is not be burnt, protein is not be damaged,
Color fixation of oil is restricted,
Minimum heat should be generated while expelling,
Filtration is done in such manner that no cake particles remains in contact with oil- thus ffa is fixed.
Double pressing system is recommended to extract maximum oil.
This is mainly used for extracting oil from cotton seed, sunflower seed, groundnut seed.
