Troika manufactures vegetable oil refining plant which is robust, well designed, efficient equipment at competitive price. Being an iso 9001 company, it has two type of vegetable oil refinement plant, batch refining plant and continuous refining line. Continuous refining line ensures the removal of gums, waxes, phosphatides and free fatty acids [f.F.A.] from the oils. The special feature of the plant - for capacities higher than 30t/24hours continuous refining process is recommended against batch refining. Continuous refining will comprise of following steps:-

Pretreatment / de-gumming section- here the oils are given acidic treatment.

Neutralizing section-the pretreated oil is subjected to alkali refining.

Bleaching section-the neutralized oil is treated with bleaching earth/activated carbon for removal of coloring pigments.

Deodorization process- meant for removal of oduor.

dewaxing section -changes the color of the oil

Physical refining-oils like palm oil there is no necessity to go for alkali refining.
