| Menzel labortechnik manufactures mega 9000 metzer metavision polarised microscopes recommended for chemistry & pharmaceuticals. Features: large, stable microscope base and limb with graduated, coaxial coarse and fine focusing, rack and pinion focusing condenser mount, koehler base illuminator with pre-centered 30 watt tungsten halogen source and with integral 115 volt electronic transformer with intensity control. Attachment fitting slotted for correct orientation. Dovetail slider inter-ocular adjustment and dioptric compensation facility incorporated in one eyetube. One eyetube slotted for 90° and 45° orientation of cross-line eyepiece; both orthoscopic and conoscopic systems of observation can be carried out; extra-bright, extra-large interference figures are produced by a new concept bertrand lens; ball-bearing rotating stage, 150 mm diameter, graduated with vernier, and stage specimen clips; ball-bearing quadruple nosepiece with one fixed and three centerable objective aperture; analyser, and in slide e- w insertion.
