| Menzel cybernetics has introduced complete software solution for material analysis. This software can be used for materials-pro analyzer and image-pro analyzer. The material-pro analyzer in conjunction with image-pro plus, is the leading image analysis system for the automation of widely used standard materials tests. It generates reliable, repeatable results. The use of material-pro analyzer includes analysis of metals ceramics, coatings, powders, and other materials. It compatible with windows and supports a wide variety of image hardware for easy system integration.
the software is capable of controlling various stages involved and microscope focussing. It includes features such as measuring dendritic arm spacing, measuring graphite nodules by area, count and size/shape factors, and distribution of particles; particles size analysis; acquiring images easily from the sample using manual or automated stage with pre-defined stage patterns; automating the analysis of digitized images of specific material products;expanded algorithms for boundary reconstruction; measuring the uniformity function to accurately determine relative uniformly of nodularity; determine porosity, cellular structure, and hardness rating of metals; complete and accurate statistical reporting in a variety of industry standard data tales; 3d image intensity surface plots; support for 36 and 48 bd colour images, and more.
