| Ajay industrial corporation is sole manufacturer, supplier and exporter of lay flat hoses, garden hoses, garden flat hoses, pvc braided hoses, suction hoses, etc. The company has developed ajay lay flat multipurpose industrial hose under technical know how from industries plastiche lombarde, italy. These hoses are made by advanced continuous manufacturing technique using pvc special formulation and high tensile polyester yarn. The process ensures total pvc penetration onto interstices of polyester reinforcement and inseparable fusion of inner and outer walls of pvc. This unique method of production offers maximum strength while maintaining minimum wall thickness. The hose thus provide exceptionally high hoop strength and at the same time allow minimum longitudinal movement. Some of the salient features of the lay flat hoses are lightweight, water proof flexible hose; weather abrasion, process fluids resistant; rugged construction for repeated daily rough handling; does not corrode; in long lengths assuming conventional round appearance under pressure and returns to its flat shape after use, for easy handling and storage; no need of drying and can be rolled immediately after use. Ajay falt hose is tough and give many years of useful service. The ajay lay flat hoses are useful for applications in agriculture-irrigation, sprinkling, de-watering, grain chutes; forestry-fire fighting, sprinkler, water supply lines; mining-dewatering, pumping, dust chutes, waste water disposal, ventilation; marine-water supply for ships, unloading of vessels, submarine exploration; municipalities-fire prevention, emergency sewage, flood control lines, horticulture; construction-concrete chutes, boring, dewatering, pile driving, hydraulicing; and fisheries-fish farming.
