| Usha hydraulics offers eeconomy power packs are offered by usha hydraulics. , kkeeping with the latest trends in the design and construction of smaller power packs. Following are some of the technical features of these power packs which include: these are made using high precision and compact cartridge valves of european origin; . The pump and motor are directly coupled through a silent coupling; . The pump flange provides facility for using different sizes of oil reservoirs encapsulating the pump and filter assembly; . The motor flange has facilities for using motors from 1 to 10 hp; . The middle flange is of special die cast construction, and houses the basic relief valve, check valve, etc. It also has a sub-plate mounting facility on which standard sub-plates can be mounted in various combinations to suit individual applications which. This eliminates any extra piping, has a neat appearance and is free from leakage. There are some of the constructional features of these power packs which include: ppower packs are normally of horizontal mounting but higher power can also be supplied with horizontal reservoir and in vertical construction. The design of valve gear is common for both types. The present range offered covers fractional hp to 10 hp and pressure ratings of up to 250 kg/cm².
