| Usha hydraulics offers manufactures truck loading system hydraulic lifting tables from 100 kg capacity up to 10,000 kg capacity having various sizes of platforms, along with options such as hand operated lifting, power operated lifting and transporting attachment. The following systems can be used for loading materials into trucks depending on individual requirements: type i - using hydraulic single scissors platforms available in various capacities, as required, having a platform size of about 2 x 1 m and height up to1,600 mm. These can be mobile or stationary type. With hand operation mmodels up to 1,000 kg can be provided offered with hand/ power operation. For lifting movement however scissors of a higher capacity have to be power operated for lifting movement. Type ii - this is an ideal truck loading system for both palletised loads or otherwise, wherein one man can load the entire truckload of palletised load. This truck loading system consists of: a] a hyper scissors platform stationary type either pit mounted or kept on the floor with a small ramp. This is placed in the area where the truck will be parked for loading; and b] pallet trucks [for pallet loads] or simple 4 wheeled trolleys/ stackers [for non-palletised loads]. These stackers are used for bringing the materials to the scissors platform. A manual stacker [up to 500 kg] can be used where loads are to be stacked on each other.
