A.S. Enterprises manufactures circular cutting machines with the expertise in metal fabrication and foam manufacturing. The company since 1971 has provided with automobile accessories and has initiated the venture to fabricate cutting and processing machines for flexible polyurethane foam in 1989. A.S. The circular cutting machines from the company are available in stationary cutting unit with rotary circular table. The construction features of these machines include welded steel cutting unit construction to carry pretensioned knife guide; 30 mm wide bandknife with about 150 working hours; and 2 driven cup grinders grind the bandknife during splitting operation. The adjustment of layer thickness is done as pre-selection of layer thickness in 1.5 mm to 200 mm range by veriner or electronically by preselection counter with digital display from the 1.5 mm to 999.9 mm control panel with 0.1 mm increments. These circular cutting machines are available in two types such as ccm 56 [8b] with technical specifications like 915 mm. X 1830 mm, [3` 0" x 6` 0"], 8 1830 mm. X 1830 mm, [6` 0" x 6` 0"], 4 loading capacity; 7m x 7m space required; 5.6 m table diameter; and ccm 66 [11b] with technical specifications like 915 mm. X 1830 mm, [3` 0" x 6` 0"] for 11, 1830 mm. X 1830 mm [6` 0" x 6` 0"] for 5; 9 m x 9 m space requirement; and 6.6 m table diameter. These machines are available with common technical specifications like infinitely adjustable 0 to 5 rpm cutting speed; 1220 mm splitting and stacking height; and 21 hp required power.
