A.S. Enterprises manufactures edge rounding machines with the expertise in metal fabrication and foam manufacturing. The company since 1971 has provided with automobile accessories and has initiated the venture to fabricate cutting and processing machines for flexible polyurethane foam in 1989. A.S. Enterprises has emerged as a leader in the country in manufacturing cutting and processing machines for polyurethane foam over years. The broad and versatile product line includes both manual and automatic cutting machines for processing both flexible as well as rigid polyurethane foam. These machineries are incorporated with latest technical developments and technologies since 2001 to comply with ec and ansi regulations regarding safety & electricity. The edge rounding machines are available with salient features like high quality product finish with smooth cutting surface; fast operation with 700 to 1000 pillows per 8 hr shift; protected blade for safer operations; 75 mm to 125 mm former size; changeable for cutting pillows of different thickness; 2.5 meter x 1.5 meter space required; 1.25 h.P power required; continuous band saw blade rounds off the cushion edges. The other technical specifications of the edge rounding machines include 750 mm table width and 940 mm to 1015 mm lifting.
