Various quality standards, these investment castings have: astm, aisi, din, bs, sae and is of carbon steel, stainless steel and also super alloys like hastalloy, etc. Investment castings [also called low wax process] yield a finely detailed and accurate products made of all types of metals and alloys. Precision investment castings are specially offered for those, which cannot be caste in metal or plastic moulds. The products are checked to astm, aisi, din, gost, jis, bs, sae and is standards. The investment casting components find their applications in different industries, especially in material handling equipment. To manufacture components with thin wall castings with close dimensional tolerance and fine surface finish and also for products with complicated design and assembly, these investment castings are used. These investment castings are also applied for the parts made out of special metal, components with low quantity requirements and replacement of forged and fabricated parts. The investment casting materials find their applications in industries like automobiles, marine, general engineering, dairy equipments, process engineering, material handling equipments and textile machineries and also in machine tools, effluent treatment plant, valves, pumps, diesel engine and chemical machineries. |
