• Add to Inquiry Basket | Amolik precision machines offers double disc grinding machines, which are used for grinding two parallel surfaces on a production basis to give very high accuracies to the tune of 5 microns in parallelism. The machine has 700 mm diameter grinding wheels and in a rotary feed configuration, the machine grinds the parallel surfaces of grinding connecting rods of two wheelers with 5 micron parallelism at the rate of 15 per minute, with a stock removal of 150 microns. These machines are available in rotary, through feed or reciprocating feed configuration from 300 to 900 mm grinding wheel diameters. The grinding wheels, rotary carrier head, as well as the dresser head, all have a unique swivelling design for ease of setting and operation.
