| Tools for bending inc, usa, manufactures tools for any type and any brand of machines, marketed by pioneer intertarde. They manufacture toolings to cold bend round, square, rectangular and hexagon tubing, also extrusions and special shapes. The whole tooling set comprising the bending die, clamping die, pressure die, wiper die and ball mandrels can be offered. Individual components can also be supplied, eg, just the ball mandrels. Toolings come to bend very tight radius of 1r also. For a quotation, the information required is tube od and wall thickness, centre line radius, maximum degree of bend, tube material, make and size of bending machine and rotation of machine--clockwise, counterclockwise or both.
