| Nsw india has introducedlaunched the four pass non ibr, thermic fluid heating systems, with a reported high efficiency of 85 per cent on gcv. Automatic in operation and safe to use, the air exhausted from the unit is clean of fumes. The design incorporates an oxidation free closed loop system that ensures a long life of thermo oil. These heating systems are highly efficient, cost effectiveeconomical, practically maintenance free and has high operational safety. It is a pressure-less system with a fully automatic pressure jet burner having two stagetwo-stage operation [high - low; on - off]. The burner is controlled by a programmer with automatic supervisiona programmer with automatic supervision controls the burner. The closed circuit circulation system does not allow thermic fluid exposure to the atmospheric air at any point, thus preventing evaporation loss and quality deterioration due to possible oxidation. Salient features:some of the striking feature are high fuel economy by using hi-tech imported pressure jet burners; superior controls with additional safety back-ups make the unit very reliable and fool proof; double jacketed made of mild steel shells with superior insulation to minimize heat losses; concretic helical coils provide larger transfer area; and audio visual alarms for malfunction of the heating system.
