| N r design engineers offers effluent evaporators for low quantity effluents between 100 lpd to 25,000 lpd with high tds, and which are difficult to treat by conventional chemical and biological treatment methods. The effluent evaporator made up of inlet pump, blower, heater, liquid-air mixing tube, air-liquid separator, solid-liquid separator, pipings, and electrical controls. The absence of chemical usage, sludge handling, sludge drying beds, solar drying beds and hence zero effluent discharge characteristics make evaporator system more advantageous. Typical applicable industries are electroplating, metal finishing, textile dyeing, pharmaceutical, chemicals, process and general engineering industries using chemicals, greases, oils, etc.
