| Good earth offers vibrant vibratory finishing machines, the ideal and most needed machine, versatile and widely used for mass finishing. The machine consists of one bowl with linings. Vibratory motors with eccentric weights at both ends are fitted at the centre of the bowl, which generates spiral motion through vibration. The components to be processed are fed into the rubber-lined bowl along with ceramic media and the finishing compound. Spiral motion creates relative motion between components, media and compound make the product brightens, super finish deburred or polished. Various operations of metal finishing like deburring, descaling, deruting, reducing, finishing, etc., can be achieved by properly selecting the parameters of operations. The parameters include degree of vibration, ratio of parts and media, size and shape of media, dosing of finishing compound, initial condition of parts, duration of processing, etc. Vibrant finishing equipment is used for punched parts, turned parts, blankings, machined parts, die cast parts, and heat-treated parts.
