| Enapros has developed aluminium housed resistors which are applicable in operations where high wattage dissipation is required in a small space. The metal heat sink provided in these wire wound resistors ensure good heat dispersal and allow a low spot temperature. The resistive element of tape or wire is wounded on a high temperature ceramic former and welded to axial terminations. This assembly is then encapsulated in an anodized heat sink. The company provides resistors with power ratings from 10w to 500 w. These aluminium housed wire wound resistors can be applied in welding machines, ups, invertors, generators, textile machinery, induction furnaces, control panels, ac/dc drives, cranes, etc. These resistors are manufactured as per international standards and regularly exported to various countries.
