| Enapros offers introduces aluminium housed chassis mounted wire wound resistors. Following are some of the applications of wound resistors which include: these resistors are applied where high wattage dissipation is required in a small space. The metal heat sink ensures ggood heat dispersal is ensured by the metal heat sink and allows a low spot temperature is allowed. The resistive element of tape or wire is wound on a high grade ceramic former and welded to axial terminations; . The assembly is then encapsulated in an anodized heat sink. These wire wound resistors are providedavailable with power ratings from 10 w to 3 kw.
