| Crystal automation offers gmp model crystal standard compact pneumatic powder transfer system. It is a balanced vacuum technology based pneumatic conveying system, safeguarding against any segregation of powder blend or granules being conveyed. The system is a very versatile and universal model, which can be used for charging rmg/sifter/mil/mixer/blender with high throughput of 600-800 kg/hr, for material transferred between bulk density range of 0.25-1.0 gm/cc. All material contact parts for system are made out of ss 316. Entire gmp requirement has been taken into0 consideration for designing the system towards its compactness, better cleaning aspect, tool free assembly and dismantling. Features include: quick connect fitting for electrical and pneumatic connection, triclover fitting for conveying pipes, smooth mirror finish surface without any nooks and corner, oil free system operation, auto filter cleaning arrangement, thereby safeguarding against operator dependency. It is closed loop system, tightly fitted with ss clamps and pharma grade gasket. High efficiency filters are used to safeguard vacuum blower. The filters are formed in one set of finger type for ease in handling and cleaning. Powder coated/ss mirror finished control panel is provided to safeguard against rusting/corrosion of panel wall. All switchgears used are of reputed and reliable makes with contactor, relay and sensor logic. Static charge discharge facility is an built safety in system.
