| East coast manufactures magnetic work holding and lifting systems with application of epm [electro permanent magnetic] table and magnetic lifters for industrial sectors. The epm is a great breakthrough in technology as these can work even in case of power failure and it is strong enough as it generates magnetic pull of 25 tonnes for commonly size of 600 x 400 mm. These lifting systems allow depth of cut to tune of 4. 7 mm at cutting speed of over 150 mtr/min in milling. Permanent magnet lifter comes completely safe with the magnet lasting life long and does not require electric power. These machines are strong enough and can handle up to 2000 kg. These magnetic work holding and lifting systems come in a special design which can handle, both round as well as flat jobs including steel plates, bare, castings, shafts, etc. These products are highly cost competitive against imported products. Trial results proves that set up time can be reduced by 70 % and justify investment.
