• Add to Inquiry Basket | This is an all-purpose heavy duty mixer for every mixing operation performed in the bakeries, restaurants, institutions, kitchen &. Hotels.
This model is also ideal for use in laboratories where blending of ingredients must be controlled at all times. All working parts are fully enclosed; i designed for long, quiet operation with a minimum of attention. Thorough blending, mixing and aerating of all ingredients in the bowl is assured by planetary/mixing action-which means consistent, predictable result.
It has power input of 3 phase 440 v/ac single phase 220 v/ac provide single phase motor with mixers on request on extra cost.
Lubrication: completely gear driven. Planetary action with oil dipped gear boxes with oil level gauge. Available in capacity of 20kg/30 litre, 30 kg/60 litre, 5 kg/100 litre.
Along with this a s. Steel bowl, flat beater &. Wire whip. 304 s. Steel dough hook supplied on extra cost. Quick action bulb type fitting with self-locking, bowl-lift operated by half-turn lever on the side of the column.
