| Protech engineering offers range of the model pe/abc/x-698 which is an automatic battery charger applicable for dg sets and similar applications. These chargers come with constant current and voltage. The automatic battery chargers are obtainable with salient technical specifications such as input - 1 [, 230 v ±10%, 50 hz, ac supply; output - 12 v, 24 v, 10 a, 15 a; constant voltage charging at float voltage; constant current charging at boost current [max - 10 a]; float/boost changeover automatic by prologic on primary side of transformer; full wave bridge silicon rectifier; double wound type transformer; overload, short circuit protection as the charger limits the current to 10 a max, reverse polarity by fuses. These chargers can give voltage current indications such as dpms, mains on, charging on, reverse polarity, float/boost mode, auto/manual modeand battery status indicator. Automatic battery chargers are available with 290 mm [w] x 330 [h] x 320 [d] dimensions and 18 kg maximum weight.
