| Procon systems is a distributor of pid temperature controller, pxr3 series, manufactured by fuji electric. The pid temperature controller meets a wide variety of needs in the process control industry. Low-cost economical options include rs-485 communications, digital input [2 points], timer function, dual outputs, programmable alarms, 24 v ac/dc power supply and 16-step ramp/soak program. Features of the pxr 3 series: large led display - larger than most other 1/16 and 1/32 din controllers; faceplate designed for nema 4x [ip 66 equivalent], watertight and corrosion resistant; user-friendly programming via 3-button keypad. Unique feature of the temperature controller:in addition to auto-tuning and fuzzy control, it now comes with self-tuning - an innovation in the control field. It automatically retunes the controller under certain conditions, without the need to revert to auto-tuning. The pxr 3 accepts temperature and process inputs, and offers two control outputs and two programmable alarms. Remote monitoring of up to 31 controllers at a time is possible with the rs-485 option that uses the industry standard modbus protocol.
