| Instron wolpert of germany provides a new state-of the-art technology universal hardness testing machine, model testor 900 series. This range of hardness testing machine is versatile, accurate and easy to handle with a good price performance ratio. The tester can perform tests such as vickers, knoop, brinell, rockwell, regular and superficial, etc. It is offered with unique features for measuring vickers, brinell, on rockwell principle which means the results are evaluated instantly after the test is conducted. There is no need for the operator to measure the indentation. In order to enhance the automation, the tester can be offered with image processing facility, computer, etc. The tester can also be offered for high load brinell hardness testing [3,000 kg] it will have motorised elevated screw. The panel offers a direct, digital display of hardness values. Up to 10 test programs can be created via the panel, with the ability to select the following parameters: test procedures; conversions; timing; preload hold-load application time; main load hold-tolerances, target value; upper and lower limits; and correction of convex and concave surfaces. Major benefits are a comprehensive range of hardness testing procedure offered by one machine; very user-friendly; machine controlled by the testor panel, which determines and digitally displays hardness values for all hardness test procedures and also provides various functions; direct printer and/or pc connection possible; solid design; high precision; satisfies all testing standards; autofocus; available with optional motorized testing table and/or automatic image processing facility for vickers and brinell; and, tables for depth measurement internally generated-thus can be adaptable to all materials.
