Suprema easy is the toolshop/medium production cylindrical grinder, which is a highly competitive, cost-effective machine, ideally suited for small to large batch production. Available in two grinding length capacities of 650 and 1,000 mm, it has been specifically designed to offer unrivalled ease of use coupled to the highest levels of productivity. This grinding machine has been incorporated with a customised [patented], simple and fast-to-set `easy` software, coupled with membrane-type touch keys and electronic hand wheels with additional features like automatic dressing and grinding cycles which means they can be quickly set, without further manual intervention. The model 524- 500 x 200 [20" x 8"], 524 easy, is featured with specially designed base, saddle, table and column to offer high rigidity and stiffness without loss of precision ge-fanuc `self teach` touchscreen control. The model 540 e is the microprocessor-controlled surface grinding machine that offers accuracy, precision and reliability of its predecessor, equally suited to the tool room/ light production environment for increased productivity. A touch sensitive control panel with led indicators gives various options for the operator to select functions.
