Hemraj enterprises manufactures a versatile pilot spray dryer 5 - 8 kg/hr water evaporation with capacity. These dryers come with salient characteristics such as spray drying with co-current system ie liquid spray from top or counter current system, ie liquid spray from bottom to produce granular/coarser powder; liquid can be atomised with pressure nozzle or two fluid compressed air nozzle system; powder can be collected as a single point below the cyclone or as a two-point below the drying chamber as well as below the cyclone; and made of complete ss 316 construction including the supporting structure with pharma grade finish. The company provides a trial facility in this plant for testing and standardizing their products as well as spray drying larger quantity batches to test market their products. The company has already conducted trials for more than 27 customers/products. These pilot spray dryers can be supplied with integral fluid bed dryer at the bottom.
