| Hemraj enterprises supplies lab scale distillation and evaporation equipment. This equipment is used for heat-sensitive materials, and are made by pope scientific inc, usa, extremely heat-sensitive materials are safely and efficiently separated with the newly redesigned 2" model pope scientific wiped-film still. Typical examples of this equipment include: concentration of biomaterials, purification of edible and esssential oils, pharmaceuticals, foods, flavors, polymers, extracts, vitaming, waxes, silicones, specialty chemicals, and many others. These lab scale distillation equipments are available from 1 kg/hr lab bench-top units to turnkey pilot and processing plants with feed rates to 1000 kg/hr. Highest quality, lowest degradation, plus not possible with rotary evaporators or other equipment are the features provided by short residence time and high vacuum [up to 0.001 torr] operation . This technique has been proven for decades, and is now rapidly gaining widespread acceptance and gmp validations. The versatile design of this equipment also allows configuration for molecular [short-path] distillation or fractional distillation, plus choice of glass, 316l ss, hastalloy, other materials.
