| Pi-tech services offers air-oil lubricators from technosystems of italy. In this system, the oil is pushed ahead through compressed-air pressure, at given intervals of time. With the pressure of air remaining below 3 bars, the oil does not become a mist and remains as a liquid only. The air-oil lubricators have several types of protection for spindle-safety; and offer great economy of operation since the compressed-air flow in not continuous. These lubricators are available with a number of outlets for the supply of oil to the front bearings, the rear bearings, the workhead, and the ballscrew of the slide. Each outlet has independent control of the delivery, while the time-impulse is common for all the outlets. Air-oil lubrication saves the human lungs and the consumption of oil with great economy.
