The new fire prevention material is highly insulating and come for all the rittal technology-packaging products. It ensures fire resistance, fire load inhibition and maintenance of functions for up to 90 min. The new substance gives a fire inhibition period of up to 90 min with a material around one-third of the thickness. It is requirement of conventional fire inhibitors. Company is giving this original fire protection for the ps & tsb top enclosure system, the cm compact enclosure system, and for the ae compact enclosure. The enclosure systems and housings bear the letters fp for `fire protection`. It includes advantages like: it requires small amount of external space; the unchanged internal installation opportunities come due to unchanged internal dimensions of the enclosures. Also the protection category manufactured is completely unaffected. Company`s new technology liberates the water trapped inside the insulating material during the event of fire that then disappears to cool the interior of the fire. Another special material is useful at cable entry points that expands when the cable is cause to undergo heat, prevents any change of thermal bridging. |
