| Sanpar, in association with hiross spa, italy, offers compressed air filters. The new generation hyper filters use borosilicate glass fibre elements in aluminium alloy pressure die casting housing.It has features like: flow 10 cfm to 25,000 cfm; operating pressure 1 bar to 16 bar g; operating temperature 1°c to 60°c; and 4 grades: q-5 micron coarse filter, p-1 micron/0.1 ppm residual oil content, s-0.01 micron/0.01 ppm residual oil content, and c-0.003 ppm residual oil content. These oil removal filter elements have a life of more than 10,000 working hours with initial pressure drop of 70 m bar. A pressure differential gauge and a automatic drain is given with the filter.The quality of filtered compressed air conforms to iso 8573.1 class 1-1.
