| Union enterprise has manufactured stainless steel and polypropylene pumps suitable for handling corrosive and non-corrosive liquids. The structure of the pump, the impeller, suction and outlet flanges are made of polypropylene and stainless steel according to specification. The shaft of the pump is prepared with ss teflon sleeve. The mechanical seal is made of teflon bellow, stationary of ceramic and rotary carbon or gft. Union enterprise has also formulated special cooling arrangement in pp pumps to enhance the life of mechanical seal. It also safeguards the pump from dry running. Teflon gland type pumps are also available. Process pump with mechanical seals for flow rates up to 60 m3/hr and heads 45 metres is also accessible, as are laboratory model in all polypropylene and stainless steel body.
