Candy or sweet is the most popular confectionery all over the world and are generally available in fruit flavours or milk based flavour and some times with centre filling also. Candy can be manufactured in a simple process by cooking the candy mass by vacuum batch cooker and later is entered into the forming machine where candies are formed.
