| Komal agencies provides a range of plating/coating thickness testing systems. Model ptt-1 is one of the model of this testing system. The principle on which this system operates is works on coulometric principles. And uses tthe destructive method is used by this testing system for testing thickness of coatings. Some of the general specifications include;the range covered is 0 to 99.9 microns, with an accuracy of [ 2% and readability 0.1 microns. The minimum measuring area is 3 mm x 3 mm flat surface. This plating testing system finds its applications in application is for coatings on base metal of following on various base metals: cadmiumaluminium, brass, copper, nickel, steel; chromium - aluminium, brass, copper, cadmium, nickel; copper - aluminium, steel, nickel, non metals; gold - brass, copper, nickel; lead - aluminium, brass, chromium, copper, silver, steel; nickel - aluminium, brass, chromium, copper, silver, steel; silver - aluminium, brass, copper, nickel, tin, steel; tin - brass, copper, nickel, steel; and zincaluminium, brass, copper, nickel, steel. The tester works on 230/110 v, 50/60 hz ac single phase. And dimensional features include;, dimensions are 21 x 28 x 12 cm, and weight 3 kg.
