| Ajit machine tools industries, based in ludhiana, manufacturesoffers straightening machines of reeling type. Straight bars on automatic lathes ensureenable less induced vibration, higher productionincreased output, longer tool life, less wear and tear of collets and feed fingers thereby resulting in better finish of turned components. The design is based on a pair of rolls, one concave and the other convex running at incline to the main horizontal axis. Straightening is achieved by rotating the bar within rolls in bent position and relieving all stresses and strains. Models 12, 20, 25, 40, 50 and 75 are available. Four speed gearboxes are provided for model 40, 50, and 75.Technical specifications: model no: amti 12 capacity: 06 to 12 mm roll size: 150 x 150 mm2 required motor: 3 hp.
