Non-Melt High Temperature Compound is a high performance, high temperature resistant, based on synthetic oil and solid lubricants. The synthetic oil has the unique property of cleaning and volatizing at high temperatures. At about 200 degree centigrade the synthetic fluid starts to volatize and eventually leaves behind a layer of solid lubricant for effective lubrication. This compound does not melt or run off at temperatures up to 300 degree centigrade. Due to its tacky nature, Non-Melt High Temperature Compound does not get thrown off or drip under conditions of high vibration. It is highly resistant to water wash out and will not emulsify with water. Non-Melt High Temperature Compound is suitable for bearings of all types of ovens and kilns, small open gears that are highly loaded, operating at high temperatures and low speed. It is available in 1/4, ½ and 1 kg packs.
