The lh-512 welding alloy, from ador fontech, is a copper-nickel coated electrode for it has the following unique features:
The lh 512 is seawater-resistant
Lh-512 has a uts of 40kfg/sq.Mm, ys of 24 kgf/mm, elongation of 33% & impact energy of 82 j.
The lh-512 has an alloy basis of copper, titanium, manganese & nickel
The weld deposit is resistant to the action of sea water, free of porosity and crack resistant.
Good welding properties and slag removal is easy.
Weld beads are shining and uniform.
Weld deposits are similar to e cu ni.
used for welded joints and hard-surfacing on similar grades of copper-nickel alloys, with up to 30% nickel content. Shipbuilding, food industry, desalinization plants, refrigerators, heat exchangers, etc.
