The lh-119 welding alloy, from ador fontech, is a crack-resistant electrode for welding cast irons. It has the following important features:
The lh-119 has an alloy basis of iron & nickel
It has a uts of 38 kfg/sq.Mm
Deposit is machinable & crack resistant
Bonding on difficult to weld cast
the lh-119 is used for cold welding of cast iron without preheat & for joining cast iron to mild steel. Suited for repairing intricate cast iron parts, water pump housing, electric motor bodies & covers etc.
